Guests sipped regional wines, shared antipasti, and danced to the area's best bands. But while the bar overflowed with character, its website fell flat. We changed that, building a dynamic digital presence that finally matched the venue’s energy and charm.

CLAUDE’S STORY

In 2006, Claude founded Vino Bella, quickly making it Issaquah’s go-to spot for wine, art, music, and comedy. The venue radiated sophistication, but the website didn’t. Outdated, insecure, and full of spammy backlinks, it wasn’t mobile-friendly and didn’t reflect the experience customers had come to love.

Then the pandemic hit. With Vino Bella forced to close under state mandate, we built a secure, e-commerce-enabled Weebly/Square site in under a week, letting Claude continue offering food and wine online so patrons could enjoy their favorites from home.

As the world reopened, we upgraded again. This time to a sleek, mobile-optimized Squarespace site that matched Vino Bella’s ambiance. We added touchless QR menus, streamlined ticketing and event tools, and created branded email templates to keep their loyal following informed and engaged.

Today, Claude has a Web Specialist Retainer and Graphics VIP subscription with us. We handle site updates, event management, tech support, and custom graphics for social media and promotions. We also design and write their monthly newsletter with our Write Light service.

Claude’s digital presence now mirrors the elegance of his venue. More than that, he has a trusted partner who solves problems, saves time, and supports his continued success.
