Engage! Season 10 of The 80s and 90s Uncensored Starts Now
Guess what? After our Summer hiatus, The 80s and 90s Uncensored is officially back, and we’re kicking off Season 10 today, Monday, September 8th! Ten seasons in, and we’re still not done reliving, laughing about, and occasionally cringing at the decades that shaped us.
So, what better way to start a brand-new season than with one of our favorite topics of all time: Star Trek: The Next Generation. If you’ve listened to us before, you know this show sneaks into our conversations more often than Wesley Crusher sneaks onto the bridge. This time, we’re going all-in with a deep dive into why TNG was so great, so popular, and so downright influential. We’re talking behind-the-scenes stories, our favorite episodes, and what the show really meant to us as kids growing up in the 80s and 90s. Spoiler: it meant a lot of late nights, lots of quoting Data, and more than a few awkward Picard impressions.
And that’s just the start of what Season 10 has in store. Here’s what’s coming your way this season:
Classic 80s and 90s pop culture deep dives – music, movies, TV, video games, toys, and all the stuff you forgot you loved until we brought it back up.
Our beloved “wheel spin” – because even we don’t know what’s coming up next, and sometimes that’s the fun.
Special guests – other superfans, experts, and friends who love these decades as much as we do.
In-person and on-location recordings – now that we’re neighbors, you’ll hear us hanging out IRL, not just over Zoom. Yes, that means better banter, worse snacks, and probably a few bloopers we can’t edit out.
Every episode is a tight 30 minutes, so you can get your nostalgia fix without needing a full TNG-style two-parter. Think of it as your weekly pop culture transporter beam, beaming you straight back to the greatest decades.
So fire up your Walkman, adjust your VHS tracking, and grab a Crystal Pepsi (if you can still find one). Season 10 of The 80s and 90s Uncensored starts now, and trust us, resistance is futile.
Subscribe wherever you get your podcasts, and let’s boldly go where every kid of the 80s and 90s has gone before: down memory lane.
Do you want me to also punch this up with some screenshot-style quotes or pull-out jokes (like “Our banter is better now that we’re neighbors, unless you count fighting over who brings the snacks”)? Those would make the post more scannable and fun.
