We ask for a 30% deposit to begin work on your project, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Once the final payment is made, full ownership of the project will be transferred to you.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any concerns during the project, please let us know so we can address them promptly. Should you remain unsatisfied, we will offer a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

We store all content utilized in your project for a duration of 3 years. In the event that you lose access to your videos during that period, feel free to contact us for extra copies without any cost.

Heck yeah you can! Our services are designed to be modular, like media service Legos. You can add other services such as writing, graphics and audio production. Check out our discounted Launch! Packages.

As we retain the content for a maximum of 3 years, feel free to contact us during this period if you require any modifications, such as a logo update or the addition of new video clips.
